Overview
In the high-altitude Tres Rios region of Costa Rica, the historic Finca La Isabella grows a rare peaberry coffee processed by the honey method for enhanced sweetness.
- Only about 5% of coffee cherries produce peaberries – single, round beans – which pack a richer, more concentrated flavour in each cup.
- The honey process enhances its natural sweetness while preserving the vibrant fruit and floral notes characteristic of the region.
