We ship every business day using Canada Post, Purolator, and Fedex. All qualifying orders over $49 (before tax) will be shipped free of charge using Canada Post Expedited, Fedex Ground, or Purolator Ground. Typical delivery times are as follows:

4-6 Days* to the Midwest
6-8 Days* to the Western USA

- Please note that in all cases where there are estimates, and are always business days (weekends and holidays do not count). Also please allow time for processing your order. These times are estimates from the time your order is picked up.
- Please note that all couriers have suspended any on time guarantees. Canada Post, Fedex and Purolator are not providing refunds for late packages. During the pandemic shipping can take longer and delivery times are not guaranteed.

-  We ship to the United States free of charge and all of our items are delivered without duties or taxes.

International customers outside of the United States are responsible for any duty or customs assessed by their country.
Please note that during the pandemic all couriers have suspended their on time guarantees. If you pay for additional shipping like express it is not guaranteed and will not be refunded if it is late.

Taxes

We are located in Ontario, Canada, and taxes are as follows:

Residents of Ontario - 13% HST
Residents of Quebec - 5% GST + 9.975% QST
Residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island - 15% HST
Residents of the remainder of Canada - 5% GST
People outside of Canada - Tax exempt (0%)

Warranty Info

Most products carry a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty. In many cases iDrinkCoffee handles warranty claims in house on behalf of manufacturers. Our service department is highly skilled and an authorized warranty repair centre by many manufacturers.

To make a warranty claim please first contact our technical support department at 1-800-425-5405 or by sending an email to tech@idrinkcoffee.com. One of our technicians will try to troubleshoot your problem with you over the phone/email and will further instruct you if your product needs to be returned for service. Please note that in the case of a warranty claim the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, but iDrinkCoffee will cover return shipping costs.  In the case of products that are eligible for VIM service iDrinkCoffee.com will pay for shipping both ways.

iDrinkCoffee Satisfaction Guarantee (returns)

We want you to be satisfied and we want to take away any risk you might feel in purchasing a piece of coffee or espresso equipment. So we offer the following guarantees.

Our 14/45/365 Day Program

For most products* like coffee/espresso machines and coffee grinders for 14 days after delivery, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'll provide you with a 100 percent refund with no hard feelings. We will even pay for return shipping**. Please see below for product categories that are excluded.

Between 15 and 45 days we'll still take your machine back if you change your mind but we charge a nominal 15% restocking fee.

Between 46 to 365 days we guarantee a trade in value for your machine of 50% of the original purchase price or more. If after a year you want something bigger and better, we have you covered.

Please note that in all cases all original packaging and accessories must be included with the return.  Missing packaging will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any other fees.

The purpose of our return policy is to allow customers to evaluate products and if they are not suitable to return them without remorse. Returned products must be lightly used. A lightly used product is an item that has been removed from its box and used as intended by the manufacturer for a short period of time. All items, components, manuals, and packing materials must be returned to its original packaging. The product must be clean and dry upon arrival at our warehouse. Any item returned to us that requires extensive cleaning will incur a cleaning deduction from the refund, or be refused. The product must not be functionally or cosmetically damaged in any way. 

* Some products are excluded from our Return Policy and iDrinkCoffee Service Guarantee. Every product has the return policy stated on the individual product page below add to cart button. The following product categories are excluded from our 14/45/365 day program and cannot be returned:

  • All commercial products 
  • Special order products
  • Products that have been customized
  • Parts
  • Consumable goods - items such as coffee, tea, milk, water filters, paper coffee filters, cleaning tablets, descaling solutions, cleaning powders, etc 
  • Glassware & Pitchers - Ceramic or glass cups and all milk frothing pitchers.

The following category is included but subject to a restocking fee:

  • Accessories - Returns are allowed but subject to a 15% restocking fee.

** We will pay for shipping in areas that are serviced by regular UPS, Fedex, Canada Post or Purolator standard service, and only in Canada's 10 Provinces and the continental United States. Remote or rural areas including North West Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and remote areas in all other provinces are not covered. In the United States Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO or DPO are also not covered.

If you live in one of these areas or outside of Canada or the United States the service guarantee still applies, however, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

iDrinkCoffee.com reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from individuals deemed at iDrinkCoffee.com sole discretion to be returning an excessive amount of products.
