Overview

In the high-altitude Tres Rios region of Costa Rica, the historic Finca La Isabella grows a rare peaberry coffee processed by the honey method for enhanced sweetness.

  • Only about 5% of coffee cherries produce peaberries – single, round beans – which pack a richer, more concentrated flavour in each cup.
  • Medium roasting brings out a honey-like sweetness and delicate floral aroma, revealing vibrant fruity notes and roasted nut tones in a juicy, medium-full body.
  • The finish is smooth and long-lasting, with hints of caramel and chocolate in the aftertaste.
  • Balanced and distinctive, this coffee shines in any brewing method – from a bright pour-over to a bold espresso.
