Overview
La Cooperativa Corpus Cristhy Illampu R.L, located in the Caranavi province of La Paz, Bolivia, produces Fair Trade and Organic certified coffees. The cooperative, founded in 2001, consists of around 40 farms covering 120 hectares.
The coffee is grown at elevations of 1250-1700 MASL and undergoes a washed process similar to Colombian specialty producers. The result is a clean cup with fresh apple, mild caramel, and fresh green grape flavours, offering a smooth mouthfeel and fruit-like sweetness. The cooperative focuses on ecological and organic cultivation, ensuring high-quality production.
