Thirty years of ECM and ten years of the Synchronika. To mark both, ECM built the Synchronika II 30th Anniversary Edition, and only 900 are being made for the entire world. Every machine is individually numbered and carries an exclusive stainless steel anniversary emblem.

The anniversary details are what set it apart. The chassis wears an elegant matte black powder-coated finish, the handles and machine feet are crafted from oak, and the brew group, valves and portafilter get exclusive black chrome accents. The pressure gauges have stainless steel dials, and even the included tamper has an oak handle.

Underneath, this is the full Synchronika II. A 0.75 litre stainless steel coffee boiler and a 2 litre steam boiler let you brew and steam at the same time, a quiet rotary pump does the work, and PID temperature control is set with a rotary dial and an OLED display. Additional heating cartridges in the ECM brew group have it ready in just 6.5 minutes, and you get both active and passive pre-infusion. Run it from the 2.8 litre water tank or plumb it in directly.

In the box: a two-spout portafilter and a bottomless portafilter, 7 g, 14 g and 21 g filter baskets, a blind basket, and the oak-handled tamper. This is a pre-order; machines are expected to arrive in January 2027 and quantities are very limited.
