This washed blend of Bourbon, Typica and Caturra is all about sweetness. Expect yellow fruits and tangerine up front, high sweetness throughout, a medium citric acidity and a light body, finishing with a caramel-toned aftertaste. It is a balanced, approachable cup with real clarity.

We roast it medium light to keep those bright fruit notes and that candy-like sweetness front and centre. It is a great pick for pour over and drip, and a fun, fruit-forward option for espresso.
