Does the NINI have a PID?

Yes — the NINI ships with a PID temperature controller and integrated digital shot timer as standard equipment.

What is the Fast Heating System?

Bezzera's latest factory technology — a heating module that acts directly on the brew group to shorten warm-up time without compromising thermal stability. Bezzera has not published an exact warm-up time, but expect significantly faster cold starts than a standard HX machine.

What's the difference between PM and DE?

PM (Pressure / Manual) uses a push-button to start and stop each shot by hand. DE (Dosatura Elettronica) has four programmable volumetric buttons plus a manual override, so the machine auto-stops each shot at the volume you program.

Is this machine plumbable?

No. The NINI is tank-only, with a 3-litre internal reservoir.

Is Flow Control a factory option or an aftermarket add-on?

Factory option. Bezzera offers the Flow Control kit as a sanctioned factory upgrade on the NINI S PID line, and it's covered by the machine's standard warranty.

Bezzera NINI DE Espresso Machine - White

The Bezzera NINI is Bezzera's most compact semi-professional espresso machine — just 25 cm wide — built around a 1.5-litre copper heat exchanger boiler, a PID temperature controller with integrated digital shot timer, and Bezzera's new Fast Heating System that dramatically shortens warm-up time. Despite its studio-apartment footprint, the NINI delivers commercial-grade extraction, steam recovery, and build quality. The AISI 304 stainless steel body is dressed in matte RAL-coded side panels, and an externally adjustable OPV lets you dial brew pressure without opening the case. Designed and built in Bezzera's Milan facility.

This DE (Dosatura Elettronica / electronic dosing) version adds four programmable volumetric buttons plus a manual override. An in-line flow meter counts pulses and auto-stops each shot at the volume you set, so every shot pours the same way — perfect for busy mornings, guests, or dialing in a new coffee without watching the clock.

Eureka Mignon Zero 55s - White

The Eureka Mignon Zero 55s brings true single dose grinding to the Mignon family at a price that finally makes zero retention an easy call. Load just the beans you need into the sealed 150 g hopper, grind, then press the blow up system to push nearly every last gram into the included dosing cup. Retention stays around 0.2 g, so every shot is ground completely fresh and switching between coffees takes seconds.

Underneath, the 55s runs 55 mm hardened steel flat burrs at 1350 RPM, with Eureka's patented stepless micrometric adjustment driven by a king size dial that makes dialling in espresso quick and precise. Silent Technology keeps the noise down to an early morning friendly level, and the ACE system fights clumps and static so grounds land fluffy and mess free. A dosing cup holder with easy switch keeps your workflow tidy, and the motor is backed by Eureka's 10 year warranty.
