1. Connection to the water installation. The BABY HARDTANK is delivered with a treated water connection in the form of a John Guest adapter and 3/8" [17 mm] diameter tubing. To maintain the rinsing efficiency, the pressure in the system should be at least 0.2 MPa and not more than 0.6 MPa. 2. Connection to the sewage system. The BABY HARDTANK is supplied with a John Guest coupling and 1/2" [27 mm] diameter cord for connecting the drain hose. Drainpipe cannot be placed higher than 50 cm from the Baby Hardtank level. 3. Connection to the electrical installation. The BABY HARDTANK device is designed for single-phase power supply ~110-230V, 50-60 Hz. The device is equipped with a flexible connection cable H07RN-F 3G2.5 mm2 with a plug 2P + E 32A. Plug the power cord into an appropriate outlet in the room. Electrical installation to which the device will be connected should be equipped with individual 16A phase protection on the direct connector to the device.

Yes, it can be used, but you need to change the Operation Mode in the Settings section for 'NO WATER'. Then you must insert the drain hose into a suitable container (minimum 5 liters for production). It is not recommended for cleaning processes (WASH and SANIT).

Turn on the device, insert a tightly closed basket with coffee, close the 3/8'' water connection using the cap supplied with the device, start the COFFEE or OTHER program, fill the tank with water from an external container until the program starts.

To start the cleaning cycle, follow these steps: 1. Make sure the drain pipe is connected to the sewage system. 2. Attach the washing nozzle. 3. Pour prepared chemical-water solution into production tank (prepared according to cleaning agent manufacturer recommendations). 4. Turn on device and select [SANIT] program; it will turn off automatically after ~30 minutes.

To serve Nitro Cold Brew you need a dedicated serving system equipped with Nitrogen Generator (e.g., BROOD) or Nitrogen cylinder (e.g., LINDR).
