Overview
Delicious, caffeine free South African Red Bush Tea, blended with generous amounts of traditional chai spices. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Great on its own as a herbal tea or with milk and honey. Ingredients : Rooibos, Cardamom, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, black pepper.
Recommended Steeping Time and Temperature
- Use 1 1/2tsp. per 10 oz of water - water at 100C
- Steep 5min. Also great with Milk and sugar or steeped in milk
