For steam and hot water, the 2022 version Pro 800 replaces rotary valves with joystick-style controls. The handles, as well as the handles for the brew lever and portafilter, have been handcrafted from walnut wood.

The Profitec’s dipper boiler allows for some temperature control when paired with the hidden PID for precisely pulled shots.
