In addition to delivering a stable brewing platform, the Strada AV includes the thermal stability system and individual coffee boilers of La Marzocco's time-tested equipment. Performance Touch Steam Wands improve the machine's ergonomics while remaining cool to the touch. With barista-friendly electronics, you can easily adjust the settings, program the machine, and install the firmware via USB. It will provide an enjoyable, comfortable, and unique experience for the user.

In this version, with the Auto brew ratio feature, baristas set a brew ratio - the machine can then read the weight of the dose in the portafilter and deliver the exact amount of water required.
