    Overview

    It was in Ethiopia that the first coffee trees flourished centuries ago. Ethiopian coffees represent the epitome of coffee tasting for many. Sidamo is in the Southern part of Ethiopia and is known as the leading producer of the countrys coffee. You will find Ethiopian Sidamo Green (unroasted) coffee beans to have a nutty full-bodied flavor with a long, smooth finish. Its exotic fruity aroma and light acidity makes it a very pleasant all day coffee drink.
