    Description

    Overview

Indian Monsooned Malabar is for the most ardent coffee enthusiasts. One of the most unusual coffees in the world, Monsooned Malabar is prepared during the monsoon season at the Malabar Coast in India. The coffee beans are exposed to the moisture-laden winds of the monsoon season. As the beans absorb the moisture of the windy air, they not only expand in size but take on a distinctive syrupy sweetness. Monsooned Malabar features a spicy, earthy undertone, mild acidity and complex aroma.

A very unique coffee prepared during the monsoon season in India
Aromatic, spicy and sweet with an earthy undertone
    Smooth and low acidity
    Capacity: 1lb pack
    Green Unroasted Coffee

    Very complex aroma.

This is a special cause coffee due his low acidity and spicy under tone. Very complex on the palate, and with a strong body.
