The Hario Mizudashi is an affordable and easy to use cold brew system.
"Mizudashi" literally means "Water Extraction" in Japanese; but in reference to coffee, it is the method of brewing coffee without any hot water - resulting in a full bodied, bold cup of coffee due to lower oxidation during the brewing process.
To make 1000ml or 8 cups of coffee with the Mizudashi, Just add 100 grams of coffee to the filter, add water, stir the medium grinds to make sure they're all saturated, add the rest of the water and then wait 12-18 hours. The cold brew process uses heat instead of time to extract flavour out of coffee - so the longer you wait, the stronger the brew will be.
