The Bezzera Matrix MN is a marvel of modern espresso technology that combines traditional Italian espresso machine design with innovative features for the home barista.
The machine is a dual boiler design featuring a 0.44-litre copper coffee boiler and a 1.05-litre copper steam boiler, allowing for simultaneous brewing and steaming.
The machine can be plumbed directly into your water line or used with the built-in 4 litre water tank, offering flexibility for home or commercial use. The standout feature of the Matrix MN is its LED-lit side panels, which can be set to any colour, adding a unique aesthetic touch to your kitchen or café. The machine is manually operated, allowing you to start and stop brewing using the lever next to the grouphead.
The Matrix MN also features a 3.5" color touchscreen display, which provides easy access to all features, including the dual PID temperature control, shot timer, and boiler pressure gauge
