Overview
This 54mm bottomless portafilter was designed to work with all Breville Espresso Machines with the 54mm group, such as the Barista Express {BES870XL), Barista Pro (BES878), Barista Touch (BES880), Bambino Plus (BES500) and Infuser (BES840XL).
A bottomless portafilter clearly exhibits how the extraction is progressing, so you can make the required changes on time to achieve the perfect extraction.
This equipment is simply marvelous for practice since you can easily notice if channeling occurs - a sign of uneven tamping or grind levels. It is excellent for pulling a perfect shot of espresso every time.
Filter Basket is not included
Not compatible with 58mm Breville machines like Oracle, Oracle Touch or Dual Boiler.
