2023 Holiday Season Extended Returns Policy

Current stock levels at iDrinkCoffee.com are strong for most items, however, like every year we anticipate that popular items will sell out. In order not to be disappointed iDrinkCoffee.com encourages everyone to shop as early as possible for any holiday gifts and to make that easier we are extending our satisfaction guarantee.
 
At iDrinkCoffee.com we understand that many of the products purchased this time of year are being given as gifts and we also understand that sometimes people would like to exchange or return the gifts they receive. So for all products purchased starting November 15th until December 23rd that are being given as gifts our usual return policy will be extended. The 14/45 day satisfaction guarantees will begin on Christmas day. Our Service Guarantee is also outlined below.
 
iDrinkCoffee Service Guarantee
 
We want you to be satisfied and we want to take away any risk that you might feel in purchasing a piece of coffee or espresso equipment. So we offer the following guarantees, and better-than-money-back return policy.
 
For 14 days after delivery of your product, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'll provide you with a 100 percent refund with no hard feelings. We will even pay for return shipping.*
 
Between 15 and 45 days, we will still take your machine back if you change your mind, but we charge a nominal 15% restocking fee.
 
*Please click here to read the details of our return policy including all of the exceptions. Items like consumables (coffee, tea, syrup), accessories, special order items, and commercial products are excluded.
 
Please note that we cannot process returns in-store from December 26th to January 2nd. Online returns are processed as normal.

Shipping Deadlines
 
Using the regular free shipping option we recommend ordering before the following dates to receive your order on or before December 22nd.
 
**Ontario and Quebec**: December 20th
 
**Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia**: December 15th
 
**Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan,**: December 19th
 
**Newfoundland, Price Edward Island**: December 14th
 
**North West Territories, Nunavut and Yukon**: December 8th
 
Please allow extra time for rural or "beyond destination" locations.
 
The cutoff time in all cases is 13:00 (1:00pm) Eastern Standard Time
 
These dates are based on guaranteed delivery dates by Canada Post and UPS. iDrinkCoffee.com guarantees that in-stock items will be prepared and delivered to the courier. We are not responsible for any service failures on the part of the couriers. More time is better than less time, we recommend ordering early to prevent any possible problems.
