The Mahlkonig Sync Scale is a precision smart scale designed to integrate seamlessly with Mahlkonig’s Sync-enabled grinders.
Beyond just weighing and timing shots, this innovative scale creates a fully automated feedback loop: it measures extraction time and sends the data wirelessly via the Mahlkonig Cloud to Grind-by-Sync grinders, which then automatically fine-tune burr adjustments for consistently repeatable extractions.

Designed for demanding commercial environments, the Sync Scale features a powder-coated aluminum body with a heat-resistant glass display for durability and clear readability under hot brewing conditions. Its minimalist footprint accommodates two cappuccino cups side by side—ideal for busy bar workflows.

With 0.1 g readability and repeatability, the Sync Scale offers five operating modes, including two Sync-enabled modes for advanced integrated workflows. Built-in WiFi connects to compatible Mahlkonig grinders, the Sync Mobile App, and the Mahlkonig Cloud for tracking and analytics.
