    Overview

    Stone ground Sencha undergoes the same process as Matcha. The leaves are de-veined and slowly stone ground into a fine powder. Stone ground Sencha can also be used in cooking, baking and for power shakes. It contains higher concentrations of antioxidants than full leaf teas. Ingredients : Green tea

    Recommended Steeping Time and Temperature
    • Whisk tsp in 10 oz of 70C water

    Not sure what's the difference from Sencha and Macha, but the flavor and consistency is similar to the matcha we purchased in Japan.

    Just need a tiny bit everytime

    I prefer sencha over matcha

    I prefer sencha over matcha for the lower caffeine levels. First time ordering this from a non-Japanese shop and was surprised by the quality.
