Typographical Errors
In the event that an iDrinkCoffee.com product is listed at an incorrect price, iDrinkCoffee.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. iDrinkCoffee.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, iDrinkCoffee.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Parts-Specific Policies
Final Sale
All parts sold on this site are final sale. There are no returns or refunds for any parts, regardless of whether they have been installed, used, or remain unused. Please ensure you have verified the correct part before placing your order.
Cosmetic Imperfections
Most parts are stored in bulk bins and may have minor cosmetic imperfections due to handling and storage. For external parts (e.g., drip trays), we make every effort to package items safely to minimize or prevent imperfections. Internal parts (e.g., vacuum breaker valves) are stored in bulk and may have cosmetic imperfections that do not affect their performance or functionality. These imperfections are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement.
Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any part ordered is correct and compatible with their specific machine model. Product descriptions, images, and specifications provided on this site are for reference only and may not include all compatibility details. iDrinkCoffee.com is not responsible for parts ordered in error, and such orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Warranty Limitations for Parts
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all parts are sold without warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer warranties that may apply are strictly limited to defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery and do not cover wear-and-tear, improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
Installation Disclaimer
Parts must be installed by a qualified technician or service professional with the appropriate skills and tools. iDrinkCoffee.com is not responsible for any damage to equipment, property, or persons arising from improper installation or use of parts purchased through this site. Installation of parts by unqualified individuals, incorrect installation procedures, or modifications to parts or equipment may void any applicable warranties.
Self-Serve Service
Our parts website is a self-serve platform. We are unable to provide troubleshooting assistance, installation instructions, or technical support for any parts sales.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by iDrinkCoffee.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyright, Trademarks, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.

iDrinkCoffee.com may deliver notice to you by email, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to iDrinkCoffee.com.
Privacy & Data Usage
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using this site, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
All products purchased from iDrinkCoffee.com are shipped according to our shipping terms. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. An order is considered delivered once the courier marks it as such in their tracking system, which may occur when the package is handed directly to the recipient or left at the delivery address. Please be aware that couriers may leave packages at your door if no one is available to receive them.
If a package is stolen after delivery (sometimes referred to as “porch piracy”), this constitutes a crime that occurred on your property and should be reported to the police. iDrinkCoffee.com is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been confirmed by the courier. Any claims for damage or non-delivery must be made directly with the carrier.
Extended Warranty
iDrinkCoffee.com sells and, in some cases, provides free of charge an extension to the manufacturer’s original warranty. This extended warranty begins once the manufacturer’s warranty expires. For example, if a manufacturer’s warranty is one year, the extended coverage starts after that year ends.
The extended warranty is provided by a third party, and all claims must be made directly to that party. It covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship, including parts and labor, but excludes transportation to and from the service center.
The extended warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., burrs, steam wands, buttons)

Use for unintended purposes (per the manufacturer’s manual)

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint damage)

Damage during shipping or delivery

Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions

Use in commercial environments unless pre-approved in writing

Theft, malicious damage, fire, explosion

Weather-related damage (flood, lightning, frost, etc.)

Power, gas, or water supply issues

“No fault found” service costs

Routine maintenance, cleaning, or servicing

Consequential costs from downtime

Improper maintenance (e.g., lack of cleaning/descaling)
“We Double the Manufacturer’s Warranty” Promotion:

Subject to all conditions above

Limited to 1 additional year after the manufacturer’s warranty

Applies only to espresso machines or coffee makers where stated

Does not apply to accessories, grinders, or other items
Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased using credit card, Interac Debit, e-transfer, PayPal, or cash.

All gift cards are non-refundable.

Paid gift cards do not expire.

Promotional gift cards (given free or as awards) may have expiry dates and can be revoked at iDrinkCoffee.com’s discretion.
iDrinkCoffee.com Club (Loyalty Program)

One account per person. Multiple accounts for false referrals or point accumulation is prohibited and constitutes fraud under the Criminal Code of Canada.

iDrinkCoffee.com may:
a) Exclude customers from the program
b) Adjust point balances
c) End the program
d) Change reward costs, earning methods, or redemption rules without notice -
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
Coffee Subscriptions

Payment by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx). No gift cards, PayPal, or Affirm.

Orders ship on the chosen interval (1–8 weeks) until canceled.

Cancel anytime via your account; please cancel at least 1 business day before your next shipment.
-
No refunds once a subscription order is placed.
-
Subscriptions earn loyalty points but points cannot be redeemed for subscription payments.

Prices remain fixed for the subscription term unless iDrinkCoffee.com cancels due to a price increase (30 days notice provided).

If a coffee is out of stock, an equal or greater value replacement will be offered.

Subscriptions are excluded from all sitewide promotions.
SMS Messages
By agreeing to receive SMS updates, you also agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
Coupon Blackouts
Coupons are not valid during specific sale events (e.g., “We Pay the Tax,” Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Week). If your coupon expires during a blackout period, contact our sales department for an extension.
Force Majeure
iDrinkCoffee.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, shortages of materials or transportation, or failure of suppliers or carriers.
Changes to Terms
iDrinkCoffee.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including, but not limited to, the purchase of iDrinkCoffee.com products) shall be in the provincial or federal courts in Ontario, Canada. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including, but not limited to, the purchase of iDrinkCoffee.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. iDrinkCoffee.com’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. iDrinkCoffee.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat, or by the use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an iDrinkCoffee.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site, is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or that may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content to the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
iDrinkCoffee.com does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site and is not responsible in any manner for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, iDrinkCoffee.com is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, iDrinkCoffee.com reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be:
(a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
(b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, iDrinkCoffee.com may link to sites operated by third parties.
