Laguna Blu is a one-time colour for the Mazzer Philos, inspired by the changing shades of the Venetian lagoon, from the deep blue of early morning to the brighter tones of sunrise. Mazzer is producing it in a single run, and once these grinders are gone there will be no restock. Made in Venice, it comes with the stainless steel hopper cover and the 58mm dosing canister.

Inside, it is the Philos that single-dose fans already love. Vertically mounted 64mm flat burrs work with an auger feed to keep grounds consistent and retention close to zero, housed in an anodized aluminum body that takes up very little counter space. A hybrid stepped and stepless adjustment moves in 6-micron increments, so you can dial in anything from espresso to filter. Day to day, you get a magnetic 58mm dosing cup, an integrated dose finisher for the last few grounds, and tool-free access to the grinding chamber that keeps your setting intact. The 400W motor runs at 1400 to 1600 RPM.

This grinder ships with the I200D burrs, Mazzer's design for clarity. Long, continuous cutting teeth give a narrow, unimodal particle distribution that suits light to medium roasts, bringing out bright fruit and floral notes with balanced acidity and medium body.
