When it comes time to replace or realign burrs, proper centering makes all the difference in grind consistency. The Mazzer Philos Burr Centering Jig is a precision tool designed to help you achieve accurate alignment and optimal concentricity of both burrs during installation.
The jig works with the Philos 64mm burr sets - both the I200D and I189D. It takes the guesswork out of burr replacement by providing a physical reference for correct positioning, so you can get back to grinding with confidence that everything is dialled in. Weighs 300g.
Compatible exclusively with the Mazzer Philos grinder. An optional tool recommended for users who plan to swap or replace their burr sets.
