The Fetco CBS-2231 NG Single Station Coffee Brewer is now offered in a Matte Black finish, so the brewer can sit front of house without fighting the rest of the counter.

Part of Fetco's Extractor NG platform, the CBS-2231 NG is built for low to medium volume self serve settings: convenience stores, cafeterias, office coffee service and specialty shops. It brews a 1 gallon batch straight into a thermal server or airpot and carries a 3 gallon tank, so the next batch is ready when the last one goes out.

The capacitive LED touchscreen works the way a phone does. Brew times, recipe buttons, prewet delay, pulse count and drip delay are all set from the screen instead of a service visit. An LED status bar across the front changes colour through the cycle, so staff can tell at a glance whether the machine is ready to brew, brewing, or ready to serve.

Fetco's patented Cascading Spray Dome saturates the coffee bed evenly for full extraction, and its lime resistant design keeps descaling calls down. Brew basket sensors and locks hold the basket in place through the whole cycle, ECO mode drops tank temperature during quiet hours to cut standby draw, and a USB port handles recipe transfer and screensaver uploads.
