It is known for its relaxing and soothing properties and is often taken before bed to promote restful sleep. Ingredients : Chamomile blossoms.

    Recommended Steeping Time and Temperature
    • Use 2 tsp. per 10 oz of water - water at 100C
    • Steep 5min or longer
