    Description

    Overview

Green coffee is coffee that is raw. It has not been roasted and requires further preparation. These coffees are intended for people who are roasting at home. Do not attempt to grind or consume green coffee.

Costa Rican Tarrazu -one of the true coffee classics and not to be missed. Coffee aficionados agree that the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica produces one of the worlds best gourmet coffees. The near-perfect growing conditions of this region- high altitude, rich volcanic soil, and combination of sunlight, temperature and precipitation all contributes to the awesome elegance of this world class coffee. Costa Rican Tarrazu coffee beans carry an unusual silky flavor, a splendid aroma with a hint of nut and fruit tones, a well-balanced body and pleasant acidity.

The precise art of caffeine removal is done using the SWP- Swiss Water Process (invented in Switzerland), where organic method is used to remove caffeine from the coffee beans. The process ensures 99.9% caffeine-free coffee while protecting its original flavor.

    Nice coffee

Lots of tiny bits in the bag (which was teared with beans everywhere btw). Roasting went well but 2nd crack is quite fast so be aware.
