Commercial Repairs

iDrinkCoffee has a full-time service centre. Our technicians are trained and authorized to provide repairs for nearly every brand that we carry.

We provide full warranty service for all the brands that we carry.

iDrinkCoffee.com will only service brands that we carry. Due to the difficulty in sourcing parts, we can no longer provide service for brands that we do not sell.

Our rates are as follows:

Commercial Machine Service: $125 per hour (charged in increments of half an hour with a 1.5-hour minimum). For On-Site service, travel is billed at $0.72 per km for both the trip there and the return trip. Repairs done outside of our usual business hours cost $225 per hour with a minimum charge of 2 hours

A $300 deposit as a minimum charge is required upon confirming the date and time of the service call
