We ship every business day using Canada Post, Purolator, and Fedex. All qualifying orders over $49 (before taxes and after applying any discounts) will be shipped free of charge using Canada Post Expedited, Fedex Ground, or Purolator Ground. Free shipping is only available to Canada and the continental USA. Typical delivery times are as follows:
Ontario & Quebec 1-2 days to the Greater Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal Areas 2-3 days to most other areas 5-6 days to very remote areas
Prairie & Maritime Provinces 3-4 Days to Major Centres like Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton, Halifax, Moncton 5-6 Days to most other areas
Rest of Canada 5-6 days to most of Canada 7 days or more to remote areas

We ship to the United States free of charge and all of our items are delivered without duties or taxes.
International customers outside of the United States are responsible for any duty or customs assessed by their country. Please note that during the pandemic all couriers have suspended their on time guarantees. If you pay for additional shipping like express it is not guaranteed and will not be refunded if it is late.

Most products carry a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty. In many cases iDrinkCoffee handles warranty claims in house on behalf of manufacturers. Our service department is highly skilled and an authorized warranty repair centre by many manufacturers.
To make a warranty claim please first contact our technical support department at 1-800-425-5405 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our technicians will try to troubleshoot your problem with you over the phone/email and will further instruct you if your product needs to be returned for service. Please note that in the case of a warranty claim the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, but iDrinkCoffee will cover return shipping costs. In the case of products that are eligible for VIM service iDrinkCoffee.com will pay for shipping both ways.
