Shipping Requirements

If you have your original shipping material from the product then it is best to reuse this. All packages sent from adhere to industry shipping standards. If you do not have the original packaging please make sure that you package the product securely. UPS/Fedex/Canada Post requires that the product is immobilized inside the box (meaning that it cannot move around) with at least 2 inches of cushion all around the product. Also please make sure that you use an appropriate box for the shipping weight. For example if your product weighs 50 lbs you will have to use a 275 lbs test box if it is single walled or a 200 lbs test box if it is double walled. All approved shipping boxes will have the minimum burst test stamped on the bottom. If you have any questions about packaging please contact us. It is very important that these guidelines are adhered to because in the event of damage to your product an insurance claim will be denied if improper packaging is used. is not responsible for shipping damage.
