The ZM is the latest innovation from Mazzer designed especially for specialty coffee.
Electronic Control Panel
The ZM features a front mounted 'smart knob' to navigate the grinder's features. It is the grinders control centre that displays alerts and reminders and from where grind and dose settings can be accessed. The panel flips open for easy access to the grinding chamber for cleaning.
20 Grind Settings and 4 Dose Settings
Every coffee, brew method, time of the day and month of the year (besides other variables) demands a different grind setting to get the perfect cup. With the ZM, up to 20 settings can be programmed and replicated exactly each time.

Extremely Low Grind Retention
Grind retention is less than 0.45 grams on an average per dose. that is among the lowest retention for any coffee grinder.
The ZM uses a combination of low RPM speed and an innovative ventilation system to ensure least amount of temperature exposure preserving maximum aroma of the coffee.
