Showroom & Pickup Information

Due to orders from the Ontario Provincial government our retail showroom is closed. We are offering curbside pickup but the following procedures must be followed :

1) Your order must be placed and paid for online, please select "Curbside Pickup" as your shipping option.

2) Once your order is ready you will receive an email. Currently we are averaging about one business day to get orders ready for pickup.

3) When you arrive in our parking lot please ring the bell on the banner outside & we will deliver your order to your vehicle. You can also use the chat feature on our website to notify us you are here. 

4) Please have your order number & ID ready

 

Thank you for your patience, we are working our best to adhere to local requirements and to keep our staff and customers safe.

Our helpful customer service and technical support departments are happy to answer any questions you may have over the phone or by email.

Our technical support department is still accepting machines for repairs but please fill out an RMA form prior to arriving. Repairs can be dropped off during business hours. When you arrive in our parking lot please give us a call and we will pick up your repair from your vehicle. If you receive a busy signal please be patient and call again, we are working our best to adhere to local requirements and to keep our staff and customers safe.
