2021 Holiday Season Extended Returns Policy

The world continues to experience extraordinary times. Supply chains are being pushed to their brink. The current world wide logistics situation is the worst we have ever seen. Ocean freight shipments are taking twice as long and cost as much as 10 times more than in pre-pandemic times. The cost of air freight is prohibitive for items as heavy as espresso machines. These facts coupled with safety measures put in place in many countries that we import from and the world wide semi-conductor shortage has really created the perfect storm that is leading to significant delays in obtaining stock.

Current stock levels at iDrinkCoffee.com are strong for most items, however, like every year we anticipate that popular items will sell out. In order not to be disappointed iDrinkCoffee.com encourages everyone to shop as early as possible for any holiday gifts and to make that easier we are extending our satisfaction guarantee.

At iDrinkCoffee.com we understand that many of the products purchased this time of year are being given as gifts and we also understand that sometimes people would like to exchange or return the gifts they receive. So for all products purchased starting October 20th until December 23rd that are being given as gifts our usual return policy will be extended. The 14/45 day satisfaction guarantees will begin on Christmas day.  Our Service Guarantee is also outlined below.

iDrinkCoffee Service Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied and we want to take away any risk that you might feel in purchasing a piece of coffee or espresso equipment. So we offer the following guarantees, and better-than-money-back return policy.

For 14 days after delivery of your product, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'll provide you with a 100 percent refund with no hard feelings. We will even pay for return shipping.*

Between 15 and 45 days we will still take your machine back if you change your mind, but we charge a nominal 15% restocking fee.

*Please click here to read the details of our return policy including all of the exceptions. Items like consumables (coffee, tea, syrup), accessories, special order items, commercial products are excluded.

Please note that we cannot process returns in store from December 26th to January 3rd. Online returns are processed as normal.
