2017 Holiday Season Extended Returns Policy
At iDrinkCoffee.com we understand that many of the products purchased this time of year are being given as gifts and we also understand that sometimes people would like to exchange or return the gifts they receive. So for all products purchased in November and December that are being given as gifts our usual return policy will be extended. The 14/45 day satisfaction guarantees will begin on Christmas day. Our Service Guarantee is also outlined below.
2017 Holiday Season Shipping Deadlines
Using the regular free shipping option we recommend ordering before the following dates to receive your order on or before December 22nd.
Ontario and Quebec: December 20th
Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia: December 19th
British Columbia: December 18th
Newfoundland, Price Edward Island: December 15th
North West Territories, Nunavut and Yukon: December 5th
Please allow extra time for rural or "beyond destination" locations.
The cutoff time in all cases is 13:00 (1:00pm) Eastern Standard Time
These dates are based on guaranteed delivery dates by Purolator, UPS and Fedex. We guarantee on our side that the packages will be prepared and delivered to the courier but you must be available to receive them. We are not responsible for mistake on the part of the couriers.
If you would like to upgrade to express shipping please give us a call as we have very competitive rates with UPS, Purolator and Fedex.
iDrinkCoffee Service Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied and we want to take away any risk that you might feel in purchasing a piece of coffee or espresso equipment. So we offer the following guarantees, and better-than-money-back return policy.
For 14 days after delivery of your product, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'll provide you with a 100 percent refund, and you can keep the free coffee that we include with every machine as our gift with no hard feelings. We will even pay for return shipping.*
Between 15 and 45 days we will still take your machine back if you change your mind, but we charge a nominal 15% restocking fee.

Please note that we cannot process returns in store from December 26th to January 2nd. Online returns are processed as normal.
