At iDrinkCoffee.com we understand that many of the products purchased this time of year are being given as gifts and we also understand that sometimes people would like to exchange or return the gifts they receive. So for all products purchased in November and December that are being given as gifts our usual return policy will be extended. The 14/45 day satisfaction guarantees will begin on Christmas day.
iDrinkCoffee Service Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied and we want to take away any risk that you might feel in purchasing a piece of coffee or espresso equipment. So we offer the following guarantees, and better-than-money-back return policy.
For 14 days after delivery of your product, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'll provide you with a 100 percent refund, and you can keep the free coffee that we include with every machine as our gift with no hard feelings. We will even pay for return shipping.*
Between 15 and 45 days we will still take your machine back if you change your mind, but we charge a nominal 15% restocking fee.
