Traditionally Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee had to be Arabica Typica and fully washed and sun dried, however recently, JACRA, the governing and overseeing body for Jamaican Coffee has relaxed the rules and authorized some new processing methods and varietals.
Here we have a great one, a Jamaican Blue Mountain natural process. This coffee has everything people love about JBM with the addition of an amazing fruity sweetness and great body. It does very well as an espresso, with milk as a latte or drip coffee.
